XXXVII Fernando Rielo World Prize for Mystical Poetry

The deadline for submitting works to the XXXVII Fernando Rielo World Prize for Mystical Poetry is October 15, feast of St. Teresa of Jesus. The Prize is organized yearly by the Fernando Rielo Foundation (www.rielo.com). Here below is an excerpt of the Rules, that can be downloaded in full from the Foundation’s website:

Characteristics: The poetic works presented for the Prize should be unpublished, written in Spanish or English, or translated into one of these two languages, and their length should be no less than 600 lines and no more than 1,300.

Endowment: 7,000 euros and the publication of the prize-winning work.

Subject-matter: The content will be mystical poetry, that is, the kind of poetry expressing the spiritual values of man in their deep religious significance.

Requirements: Poetic works will be sent by e-mail in a single document in PDF format (no other format will be admitted). The first page must show: the title of the work, the author’s name and surname, full postal address (including town, city, country), email address, and telephone number. Therefore, the use of a double envelope or a pseudonym is prohibited. The address to which the document should be sent is: fundacionfernandorielo@gmail.com

Deadline: October 15, 2017.
